All data generated by your use of the App is stored strictly on your local device ("On-Device Storage"). This includes:
Alarm Data: Times, labels, and schedules.
Audio Recordings: Custom voice or sound recordings you create for alarms.
Note: Because this data is not stored on our servers, we cannot recover it if you delete the App or lose your device.
3. Device Permissions
To function, the App requires specific permissions on your device. These are used solely for functionality and not for data collection:
Microphone: Used only if you choose to record a custom alarm sound. The audio is saved to your device’s storage.
Notifications: Used to trigger the alarm and wake you up.
4. Payments and Financial Information
We do not process or store your financial information. All subscriptions and transactions are handled securely by:
Apple App Store (for iOS users)
Google Play Store (for Android users)

5. POPIA Compliance (South Africa)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA):
Since we do not collect "Personal Information" (as defined in the Act) from you, we do not act as a "Responsible Party" for processing your data.
You remain the sole controller of the data residing on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
